Pee-Wee Program
Ages 3 to 5, in short classes built around how long a four-year-old can actually focus.
Pee-Wee classes teach basic forms, punching and kicking through obstacle courses, partner drills and games. Everything is taught in short blocks, because a three-year-old will give you two solid minutes at a time and instructors plan around that.
What your child works on
- Basic blocks, punches and front kicks with proper stance
- Coordination, balance and gross motor skills through obstacle courses
- Listening, taking turns, and bowing in and out of class
- Discipline and respect toward instructors, parents and classmates
What parents notice first
Listening usually improves first. Stripes are earned by effort rather than handed out, students bow when they step onto the mat, and "yes, sir" and "yes, ma'am" are how we speak in class. Parents often tell us the same habits show up at home.
